Chiyoda’s American base in Houston, TX is Chiyoda International Corporation (CIC) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiyoda Corporation based in Japan. Established in 1973, CIC has executed over 100 small to mid-size projects for Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, and the Food Processing Industries.
