Chiyoda combines extensive project experience, engineering capabilities, and knowledge to provide Clients with a comprehensive evaluation of the latest process technologies and licensors – catered specifically to your project needs.
With just minimum basic requirements, we can work with you to determine key selection criteria, product and plant characteristics, and performance requirements best suited for project success. Chiyoda will then provide a qualitative assessment of viable technology and licensors. We will work directly with you and licensors to support a final process technology selection.

Project Development

Feasibility
Information from project development phase will position you to determine whether it is advantageous to move forward with a project to the next stages of FEED or Detailed Engineering.

Permitting
Due to the inherent hazards, petrochemical plants and refineries are highly regulated and require an intense permitting process that typically falls on the critical path of a construction project.
Chiyoda can support the permitting process and ensure all documentation to operate is ready for start-up by starting the process early, assessing requirements, and maintaining a positive relationship with the authorities who have jurisdiction.
Permits can include any number of the following:
