Health, Safety and Environmental Engineering (HSE) provides technical safety and risk assessment using multidisciplinary approach throughout the various phases of the project. There is a continual focus on identifying and mitigating HSE risks. The HSE department consists of specialists within technical safety, loss prevention, and HSE management providing the following services:
- Design HSE planning and HSE management systems
- Design HSE workshops (Model Reviews, Process Hazard Analysis, HAZOP, and other formal hazard assessments)
- Safety Philosophy, Loss Prevention Philosophy and HSE Philosophy
- Area classification drawings, Safety Plot Plan and Fire Fighting drawings
- Design reviews and design verifications
- Technical guidance for process equipment qualifications, selection, procurement, design, shop testing witnessing and acceptance, site installations, and plant commissioning and start up planning
