The main task of Procurement department includes procurement of materials within the working budget of projects, production progress visibility and control after order, and quality control by overseeing vendor activities and inspections, and transportations to sites according to a project schedule. Our procurement staff are knowledgeable of market trends, understand international regulations, have calm judgment for good experience to judge pricing, strength to negotiate with suppliers, and commitment to enforce tough quality requirements.
